BELLEVUE HILL PROJECT

This Michael Suttor designed project, in the classic style, entailed extensive alterations, additions and renovation of a large family residence with a new slate roof and including landscaping and swimming pool.

WOOLLAHRA PROJECT (Woollahra Council Heritage Award)

This Edward Szewczyk project involved the restoration of 2 separate Heritage Listed buildings with a modern addition linked to create 1 luxury residence.

This Connor & Solomon project involved demolition of an existing block of 6 units and the construction of a new timber and steel framed residence.

This project involved the complete strip out and renovation of an existing residence, construction of terraces and balconies and complete alteration to waterfront and street elevations; rebuilding of the swimming pool and associated landscape works.

BIRCHGROVE PROJECT (MBA Award)

A Connor & Solomon project involving demolition of an existing fibro cottage, excavation of garage in sandstone and the construction of a new contemporary residence.

BELLEVUE HILL 2 PROJECT

This was a new Durbach Block designed residence.  The project involved demolition of the existing residence, substantial site excavation and boundary retention works and the construction of this highly detailed new residence, swimming pool and landscaping.
