CREMORNE PROJECT
This project entailed the complete strip-out, alterations and renovation of 2 terrace houses, converting them into 1 luxury residence. Architect: Connor & Solomon.

FRENCH OAK STAIR WITH BRASS BALUSTRADE
The central reinforced concrete stair was clad with French Oak timber treads & risers, and fitted with a custom fabricated solid brass balustrade.

PLANTATION SHUTTERS, 75 MM FRENCH DOORS WITH CREMONDS
Detail of ex 75 mm thick timber French doors, fitted with imported Cremond door furniture. Banks of fully adjustable pivoting plantation shutters fitted to verandah balustrade to ensure total privacy.

ROOF TERRACE ACCESS STAIR
Stone clad roof terrace access stair and highlight glazing in steel frames.

KITCHEN
French Oak flooring, Stainless steel fronted cupboards with stone top, exposed beam ceiling, hydronic central heating.

MASTER BEDROOM
French Oak parquetry floor, timber panelled ceilings.

MASTER BEDROOM ENSUITE
Parquetry and Carrara Marble floor with Philippe Starck island Bath.

MARBLE SHOWER
Carrara Marble shower enclosure with Spa jets and skylight over.
